Labellers' systems to reach quality labelling to ensure product quality. tis company offers a large amount of dental care, personal care and household products, as well as animal food. Eight of the labelling machines supplied are all part of the MODULAR PLUS range, with diameters varying between 770, 1120 and 1420 to meet all the needs of the various lines in terms of production speed. All the machines have an ergonomic frame, servomotors with integrated electronics to rotate the plates and labelling peninsula units with self-adhesive stations. The 1420 machine for 600cpm has been built as a single unit with the filler; a programmable division star was installed on the outfeed to separate the containers on two belts.

Moreover, the two MODULAR PLUS 1120 machines supplied come with two MAYA sleeve applicators to apply tamper-evident items with the relative thermal-shrinking tunnel.

Plus, there is the previous installation in its Mexican head office in June 2014 of a MODULAR TOP 810 labelling machine with cold glue, self-adhesive labelling modules with a non-stop system, reaching a speed of 350 p/m.
